Working in Partnership
Two of Scotland's leading Property Developers have joined forces to create a joint-venture company. Commercial developer Premier Property Group and urban regeneration specialist The Burrell Company have given their joint company the name - Premier Burrell.
PPG are well known as a leading commercial developer and investor, with activity in retail, offices and industrial. Offices are located in London, Edinburgh and Leeds. The Burrell Company are Scotland's leading urban regeneration specialists operating out of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The company is renowned for design-led initiatives and have developed a portfolio of award-winning projects in the last 20 years, including Homes For The Future in Glasgow, Coalhill in Leith, Ramsay Garden beside the Castle Esplanade in Edinburgh and The Tron Regeneration - including the Tron Nursery - also in Edinburgh.
Ian Tudhope, Managing Director or PPG, noted that the joint venture offers an excellent opportunity for PPG to diversify into the residential sector.
