The Burrell Company are Scotland's leading urban regeneration specialists operating out of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The company is renowned for design-led initiatives and have developed a portfolio of award-winning projects in the last 20 years, including Homes for the Future in Glasgow, Coalhill in Leith, Ramsay Garden beside the Castle Esplanade in Edinburgh and The Tron Regeneration. More recently Premier Burrell have restored Ravelrig House in Balerno, Edinburgh and are undertaking to convert two listed buildings in Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh and Schaw House, Bearsden. Elmhill House is one of a series of developments by the joint venture partnership.
